Vestas Power Solutions is seeking a Design Reliability Engineer to join our Converter & Electrical Technical Management department. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding project design teams in Design for Reliability (DfR), reviewing and approving the work of the project design team, overseeing installed fleet quality improvements, and regularly assessing historical fleet performance and manufacturing process capability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in engineering and quality assurance practices for product design. You should have knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering, an education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, and proficiency in Design for Reliability, preferably with a 6 Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, you should be familiar with Physics-of-Failure modeling, have experience in Reliability testing and Design of Experiment, and competence in Tolerance Chain Analysis.
