Mastering Consumer Cards with Nordea's Product Team

Nordea is a leading bank delivering cutting-edge card products for everyday spending. As a Senior Product Manager in our Copenhagen Metro Office, you'll play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing our consumer cards portfolio.
About the Role:
- You will collaborate closely with various teams, including local and Nordic units, to drive strategic improvements in our consumer cards product portfolio.
- Support incident management and problem-solving, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders across IT, customer-facing units, compliance, legal, and audit.
- Cultivate strong relationships with compliance, legal, and audit colleagues to maintain adherence to regulations, card scheme rules, and risk management frameworks.
- Act as a second-line support for customer-facing units, fostering excellent customer experiences and minimizing friction.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional collaboration skills, project management capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Experience in areas such as consumer cards, payments, daily banking, product management, or related fields is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in technology, business administration, or a similar field; relevant experience may substitute educational background.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Danish and English.
