Job Description

We are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, who understands the business needs/strategies and has the ability to transform those into technical needs for the business. You should have the behaviour of a leader who is ready to empower others and be the ambassador for bridging/merging the digital ambitions coming from Quality and DD&IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted tech and data IT partner to Qualitybusiness, making sure that business challenges are solved with technology tools
  • Ensure that technology projects and product implementations are aligned & delivered with the needs of the business
  • Assist with the implementation and development of the Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) strategy
  • Identify technology trends, respond to requests from Quality business units, deliver, and maintain digital solutions to fulfil the business requirements
  • Be the people manager for Integrated Quality Tech & Data IT team compromising of 5 – 10 people

Candidate Profile

  • A University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any relevant degree is a must; A master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation management, and related experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • You will preferably bring experience from the international/local pharmaceutical industry, or a similar industry characterized by high complexity and change
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
