Transformation Director (ERP)

Job Overview

As a Transformation Director, you will play a critical role in implementing the future digital backbone of the LEGO Group. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic transformation programmes and digital transformation initiatives within the Strategy & Transformation Team.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams responsible for business transformation and change activities in the ERP transformation. This includes responsibility for change approach and plan, training, and communication, as well as execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams responsible for business transformation and change activities in the ERP transformation.
  2. Ensure high levels of transparency across the programme.
  3. Be a member of the Project Management Team, ensuring implementation of the selected implementation methodology.
  4. Support strategic planning and enablement of executive decision-making as a thought partner to senior leadership.
  5. Create an environment where team members feel motivated and have opportunities for growth and delivery.

About the Role

The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team at the LEGO Group drives Corporate Strategy development, cross-functional transformation, and value realisation. We work on major strategic priorities for the company, collaborating closely with senior leadership teams across functional areas and geographies.

This role is part of the Transformation Team, a diverse group with backgrounds in consulting and/or industry in strategy & transformation. As a talent hub, we attract new talent to the LEGO Group.

Requirements

  1. A higher degree within finance, business, or management, combined with an eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent strategic mentality and change management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional business initiatives and transformations.
  3. Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience with executive-level communication.
  4. Strong drive and willingness to learn, being proactive and resourceful.
  5. An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape.
