As a Channel Sales Specialist at SOUNDBOKS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct retail accounts and distribution partners. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing partners, uncovering opportunities for business growth, and ensuring great collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain proactive and regular communication with partner accounts to nurture and grow these relationships.
- Actively listen to partners, identifying opportunities for business growth and taking action accordingly.
- E nsure that partners have access to the information and updates they need to drive shared success.
- Participate in marketing and retail events to boost and activate the SOUNDBOKS brand presence.
- Track sales performance, create and update accurate forecasts, and share them with the team to stay aligned on goals and progress.
- Review partner progress, identify any challenges, and contribute to creating plans for ongoing improvement.
- Keep a close communication bridge with team members and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure we're all reaching towards the same goal.
- Gather feedback from partners and their customers, sharing these insights with internal teams.
- Keep spreading the word of the SOUNDBOKS story, aligning closely with company values at every touchpoint.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and has experience driving sales for a brand. You should be excited to become the ambassador of the SOUNDBOKS name, having already enjoyed our product at an event before and resonating with our brand. You'll thrive in daily interactions with others, bringing enthusiasm and drive wherever you go. Attending trade events, conducting calls, and visits with business partners - this is where you shine. You'll also excel at using data insights to see where a push is needed, making spreadsheets, sales numbers, and business management platforms part of your toolkit.
You'll work well independently, ready for both further professional and personal growth. Being fluent in English is essential, but speaking one of the Nordic languages, German, or French is considered a plus.
