- Conduct research in spatial analysis of the tumor microenvironment, with a focus on integrating tumor physicochemical traits and transcriptomic landscapes.
- Develop novel methods for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
- Apply this knowledge to identify markers of specific physicochemical tumor traits for potential use as biomarkers and treatment targets.
- PhD degree in molecular biology, single cell- and/or spatial transcriptomics, or related field.
- Strong background in molecular biology and single cell- and/or spatial transcriptomics.
- Excellent research skills and experience with CRISPR screens an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good social skills and communication skills in English.
