This Retail Manager position plays a crucial role in our Denmark/Jutland stores, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand promotion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the ECCO brand externally, promoting our values and standards.
  2. Drive business results by monitoring and evaluating individual store performance, implementing effective solutions.
  3. Develop Store Managers to maximize sales performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  4. Ensure high store profitability through data-driven decision making, cost control, and stock management.
  5. Take ownership of profit and loss, allocating resources optimally to drive business success.
  6. Implement merchandise strategies, balancing stock depth, size range, product mix, and other factors.
  7. Maintain a premium service level, prioritizing professionalism and the human touch.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management.
  2. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Swedish, and Norwegian.
  4. Driving license (category B).
