The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the overall People & Culture strategy globally, working closely with people managers to support performance management and implement all required actions. They will also be accountable for the roll out of the annual performance management process (PDP) and design/deliver all related training and development initiatives to support employees during the process.
This role requires a strong HR toolbox, enabling the individual to be a competent HR Generalist and make a difference across all HR disciplines. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role and know what a 'good HRBP' looks like. They will also have deep knowledge of Danish Employment Law and understanding of the fashion industry.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be proficient in both Danish and English languages, open-minded, driven by learning and continuous self-improvement, and hands-on, ready to help and work for the overall team's successful performance.
