Digital Marketing Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Operations Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing operations and providing strategic guidance to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers
  • Answer and resolve technical questions from customers and colleagues
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers in a proactive manner
  • Quickly identify the advertisers' needs to grow their business
  • Support the sales team in meetings and calls
  • Stay updated on changes in the market
  • Document the client's evolution and any relevant changes
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices

Your Profile

You're a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. You enjoy working in a team, delivering quality results, and making a positive impact on our clients.

Requirements

A university degree in Computing or IT, or equivalent experience. We also welcome self-taught professionals with strong technical skills and a passion for technology.
