Reign Gigs is seeking a highly skilled Programme Specialist to join our team. As a Programme Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic support in managing partnerships and implementing health-related initiatives.

The Programme Specialist will play a key part in supporting UNDP's collaboration with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (Global Fund) and other health-focused organizations. You will contribute to strengthening health systems, ensuring effective resource utilization, and enhancing policy advisory services.

The selected candidate will work closely with technical partners to enhance the effectiveness of Global Fund and health system strengthening initiatives. You will also support country teams, facilitate knowledge sharing, and undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Fund, Gavi, UNITAID, and national health ministries.
  • Provide strategic input on health-related policy and programmatic engagement to enhance UNDP's role as a technical health partner.
  • Support resource mobilization efforts to sustain and expand the reach of health-related programs.
  • Collaborate with multilateral and bilateral organizations to strengthen policy advocacy efforts.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong knowledge of health program audits, financial compliance, and risk management. Prior experience in HIV, TB, or malaria programs is desirable.
