Job Overview

The sites you will manage can be anywhere in Denmark. The successful candidate will lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning and maintenance phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning project on-site activities together with the Project Manager, including necessary resources, equipment, and milestones.
  • Coordinating agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
  • Managing the sub-contractors on site to ensure that necessary quality and progress are achieved to meet delivery date and agreed standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent skills.
  • Few years' experience as Site Manager in construction and/or installation business.
  • Good understanding of transmission regulations and current HSE legislation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
