The Common Data Warehouse team is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the data warehouse, minimizing costs, and improving data quality. To achieve this, we work closely with stakeholders from various business areas and IT functions to develop and maintain functional specifications, drive tasks, and provide training and support to business users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain functional specifications and designs aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Drive tasks in a structured manner to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the data quality in the Common Data Warehouse.
- Participate in strategic integrations to secure proper integration of the Common Data Warehouse within Nordea's Data Reference Architecture.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, IT, Math, or relevant field.
- Experience in the financial sector is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process-oriented and result-driven individual with excellent analytical skills.
