Strategic HR Leader

At Trimco Group (Denmark) A/S, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Istanbul. This dynamic role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

1. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Conduct annual performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement and manage employee satisfaction surveys in collaboration with our global HR team.
4. Oversee training programs, promote company values, and ensure adherence to global policies.
5. Create and manage the HR budget to optimize resource allocation and drive business results.
6. Lead payroll and personnel processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and benefits administration.
7. Maintain employee records, guaranteeing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Review, update, and provide support on HR policies and procedures to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
2. Create job ads, manage applicant pipelines, and screen candidates using the Talentech system.
3. Coordinate and conduct interviews with managers to identify the best fit for each role.
4. Administer tests to candidates, primarily for managerial positions, in conjunction with our global HR team.
5. Prepare and manage employment contracts at all levels, ensuring compliance with new regulations and laws.
6. Develop and implement onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
7. Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their HR skills and knowledge.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
