At Trimco Group (Denmark) A/S, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team in Istanbul. Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct annual performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage employee satisfaction surveys in collaboration with our global HR team.
- Oversee training programs, promote company values, and ensure adherence to global policies.
- Create and manage the HR budget to optimize resource allocation and drive business results.
- Lead payroll and personnel processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records, guaranteeing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review, update, and provide support on HR policies and procedures to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Create job ads, manage applicant pipelines, and screen candidates using the Talentech system.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with managers to identify the best fit for each role.
- Administer tests to candidates, primarily for managerial positions, in conjunction with our global HR team.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts at all levels, ensuring compliance with new regulations and laws.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their HR skills and knowledge.
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
