Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Partner Growth Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building connections and growing our community of partners. Your primary objective will be to sign up restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, takeaways, and other independent food retailers to join our platform.
You will be the first point of contact for these potential partners, and your role will involve cold acquisition primarily through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. You will introduce them to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on how to use our app, and advise them on finding the best possible solution for food waste.
You will work closely with our team to research the market, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go. Your success will depend on your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results through perseverance and high call volumes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Expert Relationship Builders: You must be able to quickly connect and empathize with potential partners, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Confident Cold-Callers: You should be comfortable making high volumes of calls and able to present our proposition with clarity and passion.
- Excellent Listeners and Communicators: You must be able to ask the right questions to identify prospects' needs while presenting our solution in a compelling way.
- Proactive Business Developers: You will be responsible for calling and visiting new prospects, generating interest in Too Good To Go, and driving results through your efforts.
- Team Players: You must be able to work collaboratively with our team, embracing our values and culture.
- Independent Executors: You will be responsible for prioritizing your workload, communicating clearly and openly with your manager, and achieving consistent and impact-focused performance.
- Willingness to Travel: You may be required to travel to build Too Good To Go's presence across the region.
