At Pandora, we're seeking a talented Global Marketing Academy Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of our prestigious Global Marketing Academy. As a crucial member of the Strategy and CMO Office team, you will set the direction and drive the evolution of the Academy.

This strategic role demands a structured thinker who can translate business needs into engaging learning experiences. Your experience in building or leading learning programs, academies, or capability initiatives is essential in developing and continuously evolving the Academy's curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the strategic direction for the Global Marketing Academy and manage its evolution
  • Develop and evolve the learning and skill development program across all relevant marketing areas
  • Integrate core marketing principles and evidence-based frameworks into the curriculum to strengthen strategic marketing capabilities
  • Roll out and run the day-to-day of the Academy in close collaboration with internal and external partners

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience across a range of marketing disciplines or in learning and capability development. You must be able to influence without authority and build partnerships across complex organizations.
