Vallum Associates is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in enhancing our contract frameworks, optimizing contract management processes, and leading cross-functional collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and refining global contract templates to meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements.
- Driving continuous improvements in contract management within the Strategy, Sourcing, and Negotiation Centre of Excellence.
- Managing the contract template forum across procurement, legal, and negotiation teams to integrate market trends and insights from recent negotiations.
- Engaging in negotiations with global suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and establish robust, future-proof contracts.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A master's degree in law, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in contracting and commercial management, with a strong understanding of business models and negotiations.
- Proven ability of complex commercial contract drafting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in business partnering within a matrix organization.
- Full proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
