At Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU), we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious postdoctoral researcher to join our Biomimetics, Biocarriers, and Bioimplants Group. As a Senior Research Scientist in Nanomedicine, you will be part of a dynamic team working on pioneering research in hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers (HBOCs) for potential use as blood substitutes.

We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in drug delivery and nanomedicine, specifically focused on the evaluation of HBOCs using in vivo murine models. Your expertise in handling experimental animals, biochemical indicators, tissue morphology, and histology will be invaluable in this role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, contributing to the documentation and communication of research findings through publications and presentations. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in co-supervising MSc and PhD students.

This project builds on extensive published and unpublished data from our group, and we are excited to collaborate with a highly motivated individual who shares our passion for innovative solutions in biomedicine.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary ranging from 56000 to 70000 DKK per month depending on experience, and a generous benefits package. Additionally, you will have access to our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge equipment.
