Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and oversee company employee safety at work, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain safety-related documents and records, including Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) Plans.
- Prepare and process memorandum of agreements and other contracts related to EHS.
- Monitor and maintain company and third-party regulatory permits, licenses, and related documents.
- Prepare and submit pertinent documents to regulatory agencies for reporting, monitoring, and compliance.
- Conduct regular Safety Walkthroughs to monitor and anticipate unsafe Acts & Conditions.
- Investigate incidents/accidents to determine root causes, identify controls, and implement controls.
- Ensure compliance of operations to safety rules & regulations and Fire Safety Standards.
- Facilitate and coordinate emergency procedures, such as Fire Drills and Emergency Evacuation.
- Cascade Safety programs to all employees and conduct safety orientations, trainings, and meetings.
- PCO training and experience is a must.
- BOSH/COSH Training & LCM training requirement from DOLE accredited agencies.
- Substantial work experience in Safety.
- DOLE or OSH practitioner would be a plus.
- Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, and people-handling skill are needed.
