Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee company employee safety at work, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain safety-related documents and records, including Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) Plans.
  • Prepare and process memorandum of agreements and other contracts related to EHS.
  • Monitor and maintain company and third-party regulatory permits, licenses, and related documents.
  • Prepare and submit pertinent documents to regulatory agencies for reporting, monitoring, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular Safety Walkthroughs to monitor and anticipate unsafe Acts & Conditions.
  • Investigate incidents/accidents to determine root causes, identify controls, and implement controls.
  • Ensure compliance of operations to safety rules & regulations and Fire Safety Standards.
  • Facilitate and coordinate emergency procedures, such as Fire Drills and Emergency Evacuation.
  • Cascade Safety programs to all employees and conduct safety orientations, trainings, and meetings.
Requirements:
  • PCO training and experience is a must.
  • BOSH/COSH Training & LCM training requirement from DOLE accredited agencies.
  • Substantial work experience in Safety.
  • DOLE or OSH practitioner would be a plus.
  • Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, and people-handling skill are needed.
