We are seeking a skilled Mathematical Software Developer to join our R&D team at 3Shape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative software solutions to elevate the accuracy and image quality of our 3D scanners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize algorithms for our intraoral scanners to improve image quality and scanner accuracy.
- Develop strategies and implement code for in-production calibration and testing of scanners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including AI, and evaluate their potential for next-generation scanners.
- Collaborate with software, optical, electrical, and mechanical engineers to develop the next versions of our scanner systems.
- Contribute to a fun and professional work environment within the team and the 3Shape family.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in physics, mathematics, computer science, electronics engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages, preferably with experience in C#, modern C++, and Python.
- Excellent understanding of algorithms and optimization techniques.
- Experience with computer science and advanced mathematical reasoning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
