About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Vestas. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced troubleshooting trainings to our service technicians onshore and offshore. Your technical expertise and passion for teaching will enable you to contribute to a greener future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical and safety training to employees participating in offshore trainings
  • Develop and maintain course content in line with company and industry standards
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through collected feedback from trainees and assessing the performance of employees who have completed the trainings
  • Stay updated with offshore activities to ensure the training material remains accurate and relevant

Requirements

  • English B2 or higher
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally, experience from the wind energy industry
  • Experience in conducting technical training
  • Educational background as an electrical engineer or similar
