This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic team as a Contract Manager. You will be responsible for driving business growth through effective contract negotiations and management, working closely with our sales team, stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business-to-business contracts, including direct sales to healthcare providers and partner agreements based on international legislation.
- Lead the contract workflow and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Advise sales reps and participate in commercial and legal negotiations.
- Develop and implement contract management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain service agreements for target segments and markets. Ad hoc support for other contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
We imagine that you have a strong commercial background and hold a master's degree in business or international law. You have demonstrated experience in commercial roles with a strong ability to make business decisions informed by legal knowledge. Your experience enables you to make a first take on agreements and work easily with external advisers if necessary. You have a proven ability to negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders, securing beneficial outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy are crucial for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with proficiency in legal research and documentation, is also required.
