Essential Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
- Outstanding financial expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in retail, fashion, or FMCG a plus
- Familiarity with data modeling, CUBEs, or Hyperion a plus
- Experience with project management a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or a related field
