Job Description

The position of Development Manager for the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team is available at PARETO SECURITIES AS. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team that plays a central part in the company's cloud transformation journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CCoE with a strategic vision for platform and system ownership, ensuring compliance adherence for the company's public cloud infrastructure, currently focused on Azure, with potential expansion to other cloud providers in the future.
  • Oversee the management and development of CCoE team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Ensure delivery of the team backlog, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Product Organizations and both internal and external stakeholders, as well as Development Director in the domain.
  • Travel to Poland/Denmark about 6 times per year.
  • You will report directly to the Development Director of Software & Quality Engineering.
