Postdoctoral Fellow in Sustainability

We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at the Department of Business & Management. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will play a key role in the FUSION project, which aims to facilitate collective climate future envisioning among youth in the Danish-German border region.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the steering and coordination of the project consortium, eliciting and analyzing youth-imagined far-future climate narratives, identifying common social imaginaries across borders, designing and conducting event formats that apply performative play and improvisation theatre to stimulate the creation of collective cross-border narratives and initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the created networks and initiatives.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should hold a PhD degree relevant to the topics of the fellowship or be about to complete your PhD. You should also have experience in research and teaching, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of organizational change and strategic management, as well as experience with event design and facilitation.
