About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director to lead our Franchise Beverage business in Northern Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building high-performing teams.
As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading the profitable growth of PepsiCo's businesses across Beverages with full P&L responsibility and accountability for a cross-functional team.
- Main Responsibilities
- Develop a sustainable business strategy for PepsiCo Northern Europe FOBO. Establish a winning commercial growth agenda. Create a superior portfolio management.
- Accountable for the development of all distributor and bottler relationships – support bottler/distributor negotiations with key trade customers. Transform customer relationship to best-in-class.
- Create superior organizational effectiveness by applying great leadership. Transform the organisational capability to leverage the PepsiCo Operating Model. Develop the next wave of leaders.
- Drive the cultural and organisational change agendas to create an appropriately resourced, profitable and agile business.
- Define business priorities for area, and lead the development of MU strategic plan.
- Deliver quarterly results and the annual operational plan.
