We are seeking a Delivery Head at KAYAK Concord to drive successful execution across key product initiatives. As a Delivery Head, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of impactful projects, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to lead complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead multiple multi-month projects spanning business areas and functions.
  • Define and adapt project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Track and drive project implementation, optimizing efficiency to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize getting things out quickly while meeting project success metrics.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product marketing. If you have a passion for delivering results-driven projects and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking.
  • Solid track record of managing multiple complex projects successfully.
