The BU Director of Global Parts and Accessories will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, commercial execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, responsible for portfolio management, key account management, warehouse logistics, and Accell Group brand XLC Bike Parts & Accessories.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy, focusing on increasing sales and reducing complexity in the number of SKUs.
  • Ensure that Accell Group has the necessary rights to sell key products in designated markets where the company does not currently have distribution rights.

Requirements

  • Several years of commercial experience in an international distribution company, providing products to retailers in competition with other distribution companies.
  • Experience heading a BU, division, or similar responsibility for a large region – Europe, EMEA, or global.
  • Strategically strong, analytical mindset, capable of drafting scenarios, and effective communicator across all levels.
