Århus, Århus Kommune, Denmark Københavns Universitet (KU) Full time

About the Project

This PhD project focuses on synthesis/structure/property relations in alloy and oxide materials for electrocatalysis with a strong emphasis on synthesis and structural analysis using X-ray scattering techniques.

The project especially concerns understanding the structural changes taking place during synthesis and catalytic reactions, and in situ synchrotron experiments will be central for the work.

Our Approach

In this project, you will acquire and analyze scattering and spectroscopy data, and develop new methods for understanding the relationship between material structure and properties.

What We Offer

  • Creative and stimulating working conditions in a dynamic and international research environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • A collaborative and supportive research team
  • A comprehensive benefits package
