We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell OnePlus products, driving incremental sales through effective strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key operators and retail partners to ensure mutual success.
- Enhance efficiency and business performance within the assigned territory by implementing targeted promotional plans and analyzing market data.
- Optimize retail shelf and store conditions to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Analyze store, product, and market data to prepare for retail sales visits and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in the telecom industry, preferably in sales or marketing roles.
- Background in consumer electronics or sales area management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with upper management of partners.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel), with experience in data analysis and presentation creation.
- Proficiency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) is required, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
