Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales, optimizing shelf and store conditions, identifying distribution opportunities, increasing inventory, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell OnePlus products, driving incremental sales through effective strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key operators and retail partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Enhance efficiency and business performance within the assigned territory by implementing targeted promotional plans and analyzing market data.
  • Optimize retail shelf and store conditions to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Analyze store, product, and market data to prepare for retail sales visits and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in the telecom industry, preferably in sales or marketing roles.
  • Background in consumer electronics or sales area management, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with upper management of partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multiple projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel), with experience in data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) is required, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
