At SoftNice UG, we are seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and safety threats, utilizing your expertise in threat modeling and application security protocols.
  2. Implement and oversee application security protocols, including code reviews and testing, to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  3. Lead threat modeling sessions to evaluate security risks in applications and infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
  4. Develop and execute security policies and procedures to bolster our defenses, staying up-to-date on emerging security trends and addressing gaps in security practices.
  5. Deliver training programs focused on security best practices for all employees, leveraging your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar field, with demonstrable experience as an IT Security Consultant focused on risk management and application security.
  2. In-depth knowledge of threat modeling methods and frameworks, as well as experience with OT security measures and challenges.
  3. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and associated tools, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
