About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to join our team at IPS in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of prime contract requirements and apply this knowledge to project activities.
  • Coordinate review and approval from the Project Director and communicate this information to the project team.

You'll also be responsible for:

  • Supporting Project Managers and Directors in developing and maintaining written project scopes of work and communicating this information to the project team.
  • Facilitating communication between project participants and producing documentation of communication between project participants.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales and marketing documents.
  • Developing and maintaining preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
  • Punch List Management.
  • Completing the close-out requirements and Turnover Documents (TOPs).
  • Pursuing scheduling information from Subcontractors, vendors, and/or design professionals.
  • Developing a working knowledge of the project budget and identifying exposures to the project budget throughout the execution of the project.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in managing change control systems and policies.
  • Monitoring design content and quality and coordinating design revisions for constructability and compliance with basis documents, schedule, and budget.
  • Reviewing all shop drawings and submittals and ensuring that the submittals and shop drawings are in conformance with the design before submission to the design professional.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
  • Has 8+ years of experience in engineering, project delivery, or a related discipline.
