We are seeking a seasoned P&O Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our API People & Organisation Business Partnering team, you will play a vital role in driving impactful projects that support our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and co-drive P&O projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for manufacturing projects.
  • Analyse designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.
  • Develop and improve P&O solutions linked to the overall business purpose.
  • Navigate complex organisational landscapes and engage with stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, process facilitation, HR Business Partnering, or management consulting.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships within the HR Business Partner community and LoB.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
