The Medical Advisor role at Radiometer is pivotal in driving key internal and external medical and scientific activities. This includes supporting commercial endeavors, identifying and networking with key experts, planning advisory boards, and collaborating on strategic projects within the Clinical & Medical Affairs department.
This position is an integral part of the Medical Affairs team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Medical Affairs. Located in Brønshøj, Denmark, this on-site role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and contribute to building a world-class Medical Affairs organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize scientific and clinical expertise to create content and provide support for sales, marketing, and R&D initiatives.
- Offer expert insights to customers through proactive and reactive interactions.
- Establish relationships with healthcare professionals and key external experts worldwide, integrating medical knowledge into clinical studies and research collaborations.
- Analyze unmet patient needs and incorporate this understanding into all phases of product development.
- Pursue cross-functional projects, bringing scientific input to C&MA and company strategy execution.
Necessary Qualifications:
- A medical degree (MD), Master's or PhD within health or life sciences.
- 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs from the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Mastery of effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach.
Desirable Assets:
- Previous experience in point-of-care (PoC) diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics, or medical devices.
- Clinical or research experience within acute care, intensive care, infectious diseases, or clinical biochemistry.
