Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team in Berlin or Copenhagen. As a key member of our product suite design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers while developing exceptional products and features to empower our customers and partners in their EV charging journey. Your primary goal will be to own and drive the design phase of your projects, experiencing firsthand how your work impacts both the business and the users. You will lead projects with PMs from problem to solution, ensuring design and user experience align with high standards and project objectives. Additionally, you will effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, displaying strong competence in both UX and UI design, with a significant emphasis on UX. Furthermore, you will work closely with PMs, researchers, designers, and engineers to create cohesive and user-centric designs.

Your Role
  1. Drive product design excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
  3. Ensure seamless user experiences through rigorous testing and iteration.
  4. Communicate design decisions and strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • +3 years B2B experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Designer in B2B product teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
  • You're the initiator, always ready to tackle new challenges.
  • You're confident in your approach and driven by the desire to create the best products.
  • You adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
  • You understand the importance of collaboration.
  • Expertise in standard UX/UI tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are excited about driving the design practice forward in the organization.
