Join Our Team as a Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the on-site training and development of our technicians within the Offshore department.

About the Role

As a Technical Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering technical training based on business needs, primarily conducted at our training facility in Esbjerg.
  • Providing technical support to the Site Training department and Construction Site Resources.
  • Identifying areas or topics suitable for on-site training and communicating with project sites and back-office to support the continued development of our technicians.

You will report to the Team Lead of Training Development & Execution and have the opportunity to work in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • Either experience as an electrician or a deep and advanced knowledge of electronics.
  • A background from an operational environment and experience in training development or delivery with a focus on technical content.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
