As Logistics Director at Arla Foods amba, you will play a vital role in leading our Inbound Logistics and Intermediate Transportation department. With 350 engaged colleagues reporting to you, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless delivery of raw milk to dairies across Denmark. Your leadership style will set the tone for collaboration and trust among your team members, as you embody and implement our corporate culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the department confidently and proactively, with an engaging and trusting management style.
  • Strategically align the interests of the Inbound/Intermediate department with organizational objectives, consulting global and local stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for optimization and develop measures for holistic process improvement, driving safety, quality, effectiveness, digitization, and automation.

Your Success Factors

  • A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with a strong emphasis on development, change management, stakeholder engagement, inclusivity, safety, and sustainability.
  • Experience from the logistics/supply chain field or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, and ideally Danish too.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office and knowledge of SAP.
