Ansvarsområder
Den primære arbejdsopgave for Senior Legal Counsel – Governance Lead vil være at yde generel juridisk rådgivning og sparring inden for corporate governance og selskabsret. Du vil også være ansvarlig for at udarbejde og opdatere årshjul og politikker, forberede bestyrelsesmøder og generalforsamlinger, samt bistå med bestyrelses- og direktionsbetjening.
Krav
For at kvalificere sig til rollen som Senior Legal Counsel – Governance Lead kræves en kandidat med en uddannelse som candidatus juridicus (cand.jur.) eller candidatus mercatus juridicus (cand.merc.jur.). Derudover kræves minimum 5 års erfaring som jurist eller advokat, særligt indenfor corporate governance og selskabsret. Erfaring med bestyrelses- og/eller direktionsbetjening samt udvikling og implementering af projekter af compliancemæssig karakter er også en fordel.
