Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Denmark to lead our sales efforts in Denmark. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy in Denmark, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Denmark, aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
