About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Revenue Growth Leader. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive commercial success.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading commercial teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic initiatives.

You will be part of our leadership team and will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product & Tech Officer to develop and execute our company-wide strategy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading commercial teams to success.
  • Revenue Growth Expertise: Strong knowledge of revenue growth strategies and tactics, including lead generation, sales, and customer success.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the consultancy industry and experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute our commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive sales, and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of commercial professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
