About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join our team at Flügger group A/S. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing organization. As our new Group Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all our production sites and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Standards Development: Collaborate with the Head of QHSE to establish and maintain ISO standards, legislation, and Flügger's DNA as a producer of high-quality paint, filler, and accessories.
  2. Process Improvement: Develop and implement PFMEA and control plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  3. Audit and Assessment: Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with QHSE, support functions, and manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  4. Supplier Management: Establish quality standards for suppliers and execute QHSE assessments to ensure their products meet Flügger's requirements.
  5. KPI Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure quality performance and drive data-based improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in quality management, preferably with experience in ISO 9001 and lead auditor certification.
  • Experience developing and driving management systems, including non-conformity methodology and supplier qualifications.
  • A broad toolkit within quality management, including PFMEA, supplier qualifications, and inbound controls.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to thrive in a culturally diverse company.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, with some travel activity expected to sites and suppliers.
