Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering leader to join our team of experts in Consumer Products and Retail technology capabilities at Publicis Denmark A/S. Your role will involve defining and delivering architectural solutions, structuring technology and engineering teams, and managing large-scale technical delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of modern architectures for clients, focusing on layered, headless, micro-services based, cloud-hosted approaches.
  • Manage globally distributed engineering teams of up to 50 people or more, ensuring the growth of teams and talent.
  • Pitch and deliver solutions that transform clients' businesses, assuming the role of technical delivery lead.
  • Drive best practices adoption and thought leadership in innovative engineering transformation at scale.

Key Qualifications

  • A strong track record in consulting organisations, interfacing with senior client stakeholders up to the C Level.
  • Technical management and delivery experience of globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong presentation, client pitching skills, and Agile Delivery experience.
  • Understanding of key Retail / Consumer Products business areas such as online selling, direct-to-Consumer & Marketplaces, merchandising, omnichannel logistics, and in-store operations.
