Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Game Testing Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our QA team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Your expertise will help us identify and fix issues, improve our testing processes, and drive overall product excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure application functionality, usability, and performance meet design specifications.
  • Manually test web applications to identify bugs and verify fixes, focusing on both back-end logic and front-end usability.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Participate in the design and review of new features, providing input on potential issues and testability.
  • Enhance existing QA processes and integrate automated testing tools and methods to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Maintain documentation of test results and manage bug tracking.
  • Advocate for high-quality software development practices across the team.
  • Prepare test cases and scenarios for automated testing tools to support continuous integration and deployment processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
  • Proficient in various testing techniques and types, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge in planning and writing Test Cases.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, RESTful APIs, and debugging practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test automation.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, capable of working collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Interest or background in gaming.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with server-side programming (preferably PHP).
  • ISTQB certification or similar qualifications.

Educational Background:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
