The Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Team Lead to join our expanding pharma automation team in Denmark. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing international team of 10-15 engineers across three locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an international team of engineers, promoting job satisfaction and development through visible and present management.
  • Handle planning and resource allocation for project participation, ensuring timely completion and quality solutions.
  • Secure quality solutions by responding to customer needs, adopting forward-looking planning, and providing effective coaching.
  • Recruit new employees to support the organization's growth strategy and potential.
  • Contribute to overall planning and operational challenges as part of the management team in Pharma Operations and the Extended Management Team in Energy Industries.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in management and/or project management, with a track record of clearing the way for team members.
  • Strong motivation for people management, with a focus on helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Able to spread optimism and encourage colleagues to take calculated risks.
  • Knowledge of automation projects and/or pharma, with a passion for GxP and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Danish and English.

Location

This role is based in Denmark, with flexibility to choose from multiple locations, including Ballerup, Middelfart, and Kalundborg. You will be required to spend at least one day per week at each location to ensure effective leadership and team collaboration.
