NKT, a leading company in the green transition, seeks an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join its team. As an integral part of Group Reporting and Controlling, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality group reporting on time.

The ideal candidate will have a solid financial background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in auditing and financial controlling. They will work closely with various teams, including finance, data providers, and end-users, to ensure seamless reporting processes.

This challenging role requires collaboration, hands-on execution, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for monthly controlling, external reporting, IFRS manual development, and advancing the controlling framework.

To excel in this position, you must be able to work independently with a high level of urgency, possess excellent project management skills, and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly controlling of group reporting
  • Primary responsibility for external reporting, including coordination with Investor relations, IFRS specialist, and external audit
  • Maintaining and developing IFRS manuals and guidelines in cooperation with IFRS specialist and training internal stakeholders
  • Advancing the controlling framework
  • Assisting the organization, including Group management, with ad hoc analysis and tasks
