We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Director to oversee the daily operations of our FOH team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic group of professionals and take charge of the entire food service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily service and manage the FOH team to ensure seamless execution
  • Direct the drink preparation process, ordering, and related activities
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting drinks and dishes before they reach guests
  • Plan equipment and ingredient orders based on identified shortages
  • Address problems or defects, arranging for repairs with suppliers when necessary
  • Hire, manage, and train the FOH team
  • Plan and approve work schedules, estimating team workload
  • Ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards
  • Foster a collaborative work environment among team members
  • Work primarily evenings and weekends
