We are looking for a curious and ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. As a key member of our Talent Program, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to represent bank customer needs to our full-stack developer teams, communicate and balance expectations for specific operational requests for IT developers, deep dive into customer needs as well as the function and architecture of relevant IT systems, and acquire knowledge about the financial sector, BEC's enterprise architecture, security, and compliance as well as area-specific knowledge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, depending on your skills and interests. You may focus on technical accounting, law and compliance, transformation projects, translating customer needs, or working with data quality, among other areas.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a master's degree in a related field, such as IT, finance, business, or data sciences, and have an above-average academic track record with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. You should also be fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken) and have good communication skills to interact effectively with both bank customers and IT professionals.
