About the Role

As a Senior Analytical Consultant at Google Inc., you will be responsible for driving progress, solving complex problems, and mentoring junior team members. You will leverage your expertise and applied knowledge in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, and marketing to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and scripting, with experience in dashboard technologies such as Tableau and Looker Studio. You will work closely with senior business leaders to influence and drive thoughtful decision-making, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to uncover insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

Our team mission is to empower customers to make better decisions through bespoke customer work, enabling non-analysts to autonomously uncover insights, learn, and innovate on the front-line of insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the trusted advisor to customers, uncovering their business and marketing objectives and using insights to accelerate their attainment of their objectives.
  • Create bespoke insights analyses for Google's biggest customers to identify opportunities to better meet their business objectives and help them make better decisions.
  • Scale insight best practices from the biggest customers to the rest of the customer portfolio via training, processes, narratives, and templates.
  • Co-own one area of learning and innovation such as AI for analysts or branding insights.
