Join Our Team as a Research Scientist
">We are looking for a highly experienced researcher to join our team at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research. As a research scientist, you will contribute to our understanding of the human gut microbiome and its role in cardiometabolic health.
">About the Position
">This 18-month fixed-term position will involve conducting computational and experimental studies on the gut microbiome in Europeans with prediabetes. You will work closely with our team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders.
">Your Background and Qualifications
">- ">
- A PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field">
- At least three years of postdoctoral experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field">
- Extensive knowledge of microbiomics and metabolomics">
- Long-term wet-lab experience in animal, cellular, and molecular experimentation within metabolism">
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and communicate results in a physiological and clinical setting">
- A proven track record of internationally exceptional scientific productivity in peer-reviewed journals">
