Director Finance Business Partner

As a Director Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our finance transformation, leveraging your business acumen to inform strategic decisions and drive value creation.

About the Role

You will be part of our newly formed performance management department, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted finance partner to our production teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to inform business decisions
  • Leading a team of finance managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success
  • Collaborating with local finance teams across our global operations to ensure consistency and standardization
  • Driving financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with our commercial agenda and member services
  • Developing and implementing key business performance concepts and financial KPIs
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a strong track record in finance business partnering roles. You will have:

  • A master's degree in business or finance
  • Excellent financial expertise, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Danish, with German an advantage
