Technical Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Development Manager to lead our Process Systems team in Denmark.
Job Summary:This role is responsible for driving business growth and development initiatives within the designated region, working closely with the local sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process control and instrumentation, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers and operations, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to senior management.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development, preferably within the process control and instrumentation industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
